  • After Graduation, Graduates of Eastside’s Culinary Program are working as hotel managers, restaurant managers, chefs, Chefs de cousine, pastry chefs, and Food service directors in the prison system, dietitians and instructors in culinary colleges.

    More than 78% of culinary graduates continue their education. They have attended a wide range of colleges and universities, including: Johnson & Wales University, Culinary Institute of America, University of Central Florida, Florida State University, New College, New England Culinary Institute, and Art Institute.
