  • After Graduation, Graduates of Eastside’s Culinary Program are working as hotel managers, restaurant managers, chefs, chefs de cuisine, pastry chefs, and food service directors, dietitians and instructors.

    More than 78% of culinary graduates continue their education. They have attended a wide range of colleges and universities, including: Johnson & Wales University, Culinary Institute of America, University of Central Florida, Florida State University, New College, New England Culinary Institute, and Daytona State College.
