This brief overview describes the steps in the process from the 2023-2024 School Year

October -- Middle School visits

November -- Application Opens & Magnet Open House at Eastside

Online application available via a link on sbac.edu
Paper copies will be available at each school, if needed

November -- Magnet Showcase  

December -- Preview Day

          8th graders come to Eastside's campus for the morning to visit classrooms

     January -- Application Closes

               Paper applications must be postmarked by the date

     April -- Parents notified of acceptance/waitlists
                 Two weeks following initial notification - Parent Deadline to Accept any Offered Seats
