Project Development staff members help Alachua County teachers, principals, and administrative staff to secure funding to support and enhance educational programs. The department assists with the following:
- Grant Identification and Location
- Grant Writing Guidelines
- Project Monitoring & Reporting

Please note that district policy requires that grants are reviewed by the Project Development Department. Any grant submitted on behalf of a school or school program that exceeds $1,000 in value should be sent through Project Development. Grants applications that exceed $5,000 must be Board approved.
