QUICK PAYCHECK CALCULATION:

We receive multiple questions in reference to what days are paid on each check. Skyward pay is not date driven (unless you are a time card employee). Most employees are paid based on their hourly rate multiplied by number of work days in the school year (for their position) to create their "contract" amount. We then divide that yearly "contract" amount by the # of paychecks (20 or 24). This will calculate a pay period amount. This is also why employees receive 2 full paychecks in December for only working 13 days in that month.
