District Advisory Council (DAC)

  • The School Board of Alachua County has established the District Advisory Council (DAC) as a vehicle to provide stakeholder/community input on key issues of district-wide significance. The DAC will consider issues referred to it by the Superintendent, the School Board and/or the DAC membership and make recommendations to be shared with the Superintendent and the School board.

Under its bylaws, which are included on this site, the DAC will meet at least four times each school year, beginning in October. DAC agendas and minutes will be posted on this site as they become available.
