Cap and Gown Information

  • The 11th and 12th grade NHS students will attend a presentation with a representative from Jostens tomorrow to receive information about options and ordering graduation announcements, memorabilia, and caps and gowns for 12th Grade students. Visit our Jostens' school store at https://www.jostens.com/.../1038876/Newberry-High-School/ for more information about items to choose from or to order directly.

Graduation Rehearsal (Mandatory)

  • There will be a walk-through graduation rehearsal at the University of Florida Stephen C. O'Connell Center (Exactech Arena) on Monday, June 2, 2025, beginning at 10:00 am until 12:00 pm. Don't be late! 

    A bus will be available at Newberry High School for any student who needs transportation to O'Connell Center, which will leave promptly at 9:00 am. Students who ride the bus will be returned to the NHS campus after the graduation rehearsal has been completed.

Commencement Ceremony

  • The Commencement Ceremony for the Class of 2025 will be held at 7:00 pm on Monday, June 2, 2025, at the University of Florida Stephen C. O'Connell Center (Exactech Arena) located at 250 Gale Lemerand Drive, Gainesville, FL 32611 (click the map below for directions).

    The doors at Gate 1 will open for guest entry at 6:00 pm.
