  • How do schools qualify for School-Wide or Targeted Assistance Title I, Part A funds?

     

    Elementary schools with CLIF (Children from Low Income Families) percentage of 40% or higher and Secondary schools with CLIF percentages of 66% or higher are eligible for School-wide Title I support.  School-wide Title I supports are designed to supplement core instruction and provide additional resources to benefit all children enrolled in eligible schools.
     
    Title I Targeted Assistance programs support Elementary Schools with CLIF percentages between 35% and 40%.  Targeted Assistance supports are designed to supplement academic services to specific students within an eligible school.
