  • If you are experiencing a downed network, your first point of contact is your school Site Tech.

    Teachers: For network support use the KACE My School Help Desk ticketing system. Your Site Tech will follow up with appropriate action.


    Site Techs/Zone Techs: For support of the following systems use the KACE ticketing system:

    Assign the ticket to technician: Network Team
